(300 F oven)

Blend together:

3 eggs

pinch of salt

3 Tbsp. sugar

little vanilla

some nutmeg

Scald two cups of milk. Add to the above. Bake in individual custard cups at 300F for about 40 minutes in a water bath until a knife comes out clean.
